pre and postnatal classes

Pregnant clients are welcome to attend our Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre and Stretch classes.  Please be sure to let your instructor at each class know that you are pregnant, so we can look after  you and provide you with the appropriate modifications.

Our Fast Barre, Power Pilates, and  Jumpboard classes are not suitable for pregnant clients. Post-natal clients must be cleared by their  doctor or medical professional at their 6-week check before returning to Studio classes.

We also run Pregnancy Yoga and  Mum and Baby Yoga programs. These programs are run as semesters, in line with school terms. Please  click the links below to view enrolment information.
